Like much of what we do at Labrador Publishing House, our work is inspired by the works and wonders around us, whether they be from this moment, or from those who have gone before us.
The inspiration behind this particular set of notecards is this hymn:
"All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful,
The Lord God made them all.
Each little flower that opens,
Each little bird that sings,
He made their glowing colours,
He made their tiny wings."
This hymn "All Things Bright and Beautiful" (there are several more stanzas) was first published in 1848 in Mrs Cecil Alexander's Hymns for Little Children.
Set of 5 Notecards on 100gsm Ivory Paper, includes envelopes. All artwork is original to Labrador Publishing House.
